Community Centre
The project involves the design and construction of twin NHL sized ice pads with 200 and 400 spectator seating. A multi pool aquatics centre with 8 lane 25 m pool, leisure pool and splash pool and associated change rooms. A gymnasium and fitness/exercise area. An indoor walking/jogging track. A dedicated seniors area which includes administration and meeting space plus common community areas. Food services and courtyard. Some retail space. Associated site improvements.

Mississauga Valley Community Centre - Therapy Pool Addition
A new indoor shallow warm water therapy pool with a one-storey building addition of approximately 3,100 sq.ft. to the existing indoor lap pool. Life cycle replacement works of the existing lap pool including replacing tiles of pool tank and deck, upgrading building envelope and re-roofing.

Regent Park Aquatic Centre - Toronto, ON
Consists of GFA 31,000 sq.ft. indoor pool building, includes a 6 lane x 25m training tank, leisure tank, water slide, warm water therapy tank, change rooms, staff offices, classroom space, etc. Extensive sustainable “GREEN” features, including green roof; one story, steel framed structure; slab on grade with conventional spread footings; glazing system and zinc wall panel system exterior; interior finishes and millwork of a high quality and level of detail. Total Site area 1.5 acres, associated hard and soft landscaping around the building.
