Richmond Hill Operations Centre Complex

Project Summary:

The new expanded facility is located on a 21 acre site with a newly integrated 115,000 sq.ft. main building that will house the Town’s Parks & Recreation Department, Maintenance & Works Department, Fleet & Maintenance Department, and Fire Department Training Centre and Headquarters. Facility is fully operational during construction and is undertaken in three phases.
