LAO Queen's Park Phase 1 - 2

Project Summary:

Complete restoration of the existing building in four phases within four years. The project involves restoration of the foundations, and providing a new waterproofing and drainage system, masonry restoration, window and glazing restoration, roofing repair, bird control system, upgrade mechanical and electrical systems, and interior renovations. The construction activities are scheduled around the clients operations with security restrictions.

The focus of this project was the waterproofing of the north elevation foundation walls, and the conservation of the North Wing masonry and windows.
